Palazzo Massimo

Also close to our hotel is Palazzo Massimo which is another of the locations of the Roman National Museum, along with the Baths of Diocletian.
This Palace, inspired by the majestic palaces of the sixteenth century, contains the greatest masterpieces of the entire artistic production of the Roman world and can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11.00 to 18.00

 

The Gallery of Modern Art

Paintings, sculptures, drawings, engravings that constitute a precious heritage for the history of collecting and artistic culture in Rome between the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century.
The Gallery can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.00 to 18.30.

 

National Gallery of Ancient Art Palazzo Barberini

Palazzo Barberini preserves over 5000 works of art including paintings, sculptures, sketches, decorative arts from the thirteenth to the eighteenth century. It is the emblem of the Roman Baroque and home to the National Gallery that today exhibits a collection of works from the thirteenth to the eighteenth century with absolute masterpieces such as the Annunciation by Filippo Lippi, the Fornarina by Raphael, Judith and Holofernes by Caravaggio.
The Palace can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.00 to 18.00.
