Inclusive Hotel
an inclusive stay for our guests
Ensuring a fully positive dimension of the hotel stay. This is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, and their families and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel was born from an idea of Best Western hoteliers and developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
The Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina participates in this project: in order to best welcome guests, our staff supported a training course held by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, analyzed the common spaces and prepared a Hotel Guide to be consulted in advance in order to get to know the facility and have indications for a more comfortable use of the environments.
The Hotel Guide of our 4-star hotel in Rome contains all useful information on how to prepare a hotel stay for people with autism spectrum disorder and can be downloaded on this page.
And again, in order to simplify and make information more immediately available, inside the rooms you will find information sheets with the hotel’s services and information about our city translated into the symbols of Alternative Augmentative Communication.
