Alphonse Mucha
A triumph of beauty and seduction
From October 8, 2025, to March 8, 2026, Palazzo Bonaparte in Rome will host Alphonse Mucha.
A triumph of beauty and seduction, this is the most comprehensive retrospective ever held in Italy dedicated to the master of Art Nouveau, famous for his ethereal female figures, floral motifs, and sinuous lines.
The exhibition features over 150 original works by Mucha, accompanied by furnishings, documents, objects, and masterpieces by other artists such as Boldini and Saccaggi, along with ancient statues and Renaissance works. Special guest: Botticelli’s famous Venus, on loan from the Royal Museums of Turin, for a comparison between classical and modern visions of female beauty.
An exhibition celebrating elegance and aesthetics, bringing a refined and captivating story of art to Rome.
