Jack Vettriano in Rome

Evocative art in the heart of Trastevere

The Jack Vettriano exhibition in Rome celebrates the narrative and visual universe of the Scottish artist, with over 80 works on display at Palazzo Velli in the Trastevere district from 12 February to 5 July 2026.. The retrospective retraces the career of one of the most beloved authors by the international public, presenting oil paintings, works on museum paper in single editions, a video with the artist himself and a series of photographs taken in his studio by Francesco Guidicini, official portraitist of the Sunday Times.

The exhibition offers visitors an immersive experience, ranging from cinematic atmospheres, everyday scenes, and melancholic elegance to the celebrated subjects that made Vettriano a name recognizable throughout the world.
